The heroic poem ‘The human‘ (1961) written by Lithuanian poet Edurdas Mieželaitis is modified. All consonants are removed leaving only vowels. The melody of the poem is still here but the meaning is lost. The poem was famous in Soviet times and the poet was a laureate of the Lenin Prize. I wondered what is left if you leave only the melody of a poem. Man‘s voice pronounces vowels, drawings depict the human body which is not heroic anymore.
